Quota Issue

Hai,

I have an issue with Disk Quota Limit in windows 2003 Server enterprise
edition, which is the domain controller for our organisation.All the user
profiles are roaming profile with limited disk quota limit. We have created
some amount of disk space for all users to store their data in server. When i
checked the quota entry, its showing like 300 MB used out of 500 MB. But the
user datas size are more than what i have assigned (ie 500 MB).What could be
the problem it is not working properly?

Quota entries go off the owner of the file. Is it possible that perhaps the
administrator is the owner of some of the files?

Correct,

Based on the owner of the file/folder and please note that Quotas are for
and entire volume!
