RIS won't format drive.

I am setting up a Dell Latitude D600 for RIS with Windows
2000. Everything works fine until it wants to format the
hard drive. I get an error, "Hard drive unformatted or
corrupt". I can load Windows 2000 from CD and it will
format just fine.
