RIS image disables local admin account

I have installed Windows XP image using RIS. The
image is connected to domain but somehow the Local
Administrator account is disabled, why?
Any solution or suggestion please,

Check the Domain accounts, if there is one with the same name as your standard local admin (i.e. administrator), that profile will override the local when trying to access network resources.
