Rights Management Add-on for IE

Lately, everytime I access IE I get Windows Installer thrying to install the
'Rights Management Add-on for Internet Explorer.' Then, it says the
installation package 'RMU.MSI' is not present and I need to find the right
path. I don't have this file anywhere on my computer. It must have been
loaded temporarily and then deleted. What can I do about this?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
