right click to 'save as'...

is greyed out in Outlook Express.

I have XP Home (original install on computer) and I added SP2. . . since the SP have had this problem. .. i forward a message to 'snag' some stuff and always have been able to right click on what I wanted and just save it. . . now I cannot do that. . . can you tell me why and how to fix that??
