Right-click "Save Target As" disabled!?

For some reason (as yet unknown to me) I am no longer able to select "save
target as" when I right-click on objet (picture, link to an mp3, etc.). This
just started yesterday and it's puzzling to me. I know I haven't changed any
settings.
Win XP Home, IE 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519
Update versions:; SP2;

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
