Right Click on file problem

Hi i have a windows xp sp2 on a dell inspiron 9300

When i right click on a file for the first time after booting up in windows,
it take very long time before the menu appear with all the options like
"copy", "cut", "properties", etc...


Can someone help me with that problem please
