Try some things...
Export this key then delete it and test your right-click:
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Drive\shellex]
If it still crashes, try again after restarting as
restarting may
be needed to disable a shell extension.
If it's OK after deleting that key then you've narrowed
it down
to something in the key. Let me know what happens with
these
suggestions.

That is actually an easy problem to solve. You can
find the shell extension
that is causing the problem by using "ShellExView".
Simply disable half of
the items and test your right-click. Keep halving
until you narrow it down
and find the one causing the crash. Downloads:
