Rich text and Attachments in main email

Hi

At work my email is set as Rich text format (set up as a unchangable default).

Therefore when you add an attachment it forms part of the main email text
(whereas with HTML it appears row below the subject.

Is it possible to make it appear in the separate row rather than in the main
email text. A small problem I know, but would be useful to sort.

Any help greatly appreciated

Cheers Rexmann

PS using Outlook 2003
