Problem, Access files for a customer were created with MS
Access on Office 97. Current machine has MS Office 2000.
Database has issues with conversion to 2000 so we tried
to go back to 97 by uninstalling 2000 and reinstalling
97.
Problem: When trying to open Access 97, Office says we
cannot open Access because there is no valid license. I
have tried deleting Office folder and a few Office
registry keys. But to no avail. Is there a way to get
this to work without having to wipe out and reinstall the
whole OS? The OS is Win2K. All ideas would be
appreciated.
