Returned e-mails

Hi everyone,

I'm using Outlook 2003 and I'm suddenly having all e-mail I send to one
particular domain returned, regardless of the username at that domain. Not
sure if this is an Outlook problem per se, but everytime I try to mail to
anyone on this certain domain, I get the mail returned with the message:
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

SMTP error from remote mailer after initial connection:

Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks.

SMTP error from remote mailer after initial connection:

That's an infrastructure problem and indicates that your ISP's SMTP server
was having trouble connecting to the recipient's mail server.
