Getting 554 errors returned

Hi there,

Some of my users have been saying their customers are getting 554
errors returned to them when some of their customers/suppliers are
e-mailing them. I've checked out our server and the one reporting the
error but can't find a problem.

Here's a copy of the error:

I take it that you're in charge of the Actif Group server. Have you tried
making an SMTP connection by hand to the server from an outside nertwork,
stepping through each command of the SMTP protocol to see what may be
happening?
