Return to all defaults

Hello
In the recent past I was suffering from cataracts and have one more sugery
to go. I had to adjust font size and scroll colors etc. to beable to see
things. Now that things are getting back to normal I need to go back to
square one. Is there any easy way to accomplish this? Thanks for your help.

RIGHT CLICK ON DESKTOP WHERE NO ICONS ARE
SELECT PROPERTIES
AND FROM THERE YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO FIND
THE SECTION WHICH ALLOWS YOU TO BRING WINDOWS
BACK TO THE DEFAULT THEME
