Retrieving short-cut to Microsoft Picture Editor

I have some-how removed the short-cut to Microsoft Picture Editor (usually
found within Microsoft Office Tools). Any ideas for restoring?

Look in a directory similar to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10
find the exe file for photo editor and Right click to create a shortcut then
you can place the shortcut where you want it for access.
