retrieve from KAV quarantine

KAV quarantined the whole of my Thunderbird email inbox, because of 2
messages.

thing is, i've lost about 6 months worth of emails - there doesn't seem
to be an easy way to retrieve the file.

can anyone help me out?

1. Disable the Kaspersky real-time monitor.
2. Restore your inbox database from Kaspersky Quarentine
3. Open thunderbird and delete the infected mail.
4. Enable Kaspersky real time monitor.
