retrieval of deleted folders

I appear to have mistakenly deleted some e-mail folders and their contents.
Whenever I try to open the folder which is still present on the outlook
shortcuts bar it tells me it is unable to display the folder. Is there
anyway I can find these e-mail messages and their attachments and restore
them into their respective folders?
 
Does it/they still exists as sub-folders of the Deleted Items folder?
 
Bill, I also have the same problem. Please help! I emptied the deleted
items folder without realizing my VERY important business folders were
sub-folders of that and therefore deleted as well. Do you know how to
retrieve these? please contact me directly at
monicaayers(removethis)@bellsouth.net asap. Thanks for any help from anybody.
