How do I retrieve/restore a deleted folder and its contents

Hi:
I accidentally deleted a folder I created under OUTLOOK TODAY [Personal
Folders] in which I archived important emails.
Is there any way I can retrieve/restore this folder and its contents?

Retrieve it from Deleted Items.

Unfortunately, I emptied the Deleted Items Folder before I realized the
folder I created was missing. I have Outlook 2003 at work and there is a
feature that allows me to retrieve items that have been deleted and emptied
from the Deleted Items folder, but I haven't been able to figure it out for
Outlook 2000.

I have been considering reseting my whole computer back a week, but don't
know whether that will retrieve the folder.

If you have a backup of your HD / partition / PST file, then you can
retrieve your deleted folder.

Resetting your system via System Restore will not restore any user data.

Thank you for your response. I guess I am out of luck. I bought an
external drive but haven't been able to connect it yet due to a missing
file. Guess this is a wake up call.
