Retreiving user name and password

I cannot get into my e-mail account. It is asking for my user name and
password, but it has been so long since it asked me for it I'm not sure I'm
using the correct ones. I think they are correct but it won't let me in. How
can I get them or change them if necessary.

Are you able to get into webmail with what you think is the correct
username and password? Comcast webmail:
http://redir.comcast.net/redirect/webmail

If not, you will need to call Comcast.
