Restricted Sites Help Please

I have Windows XP Pro and Internet Explorer 6.0 installed.
In Internet Explorer I had manually enter some restricted sites as sex etc.
I want to copy this sites on another computer with the same configuration.
I don't want to enter again manually all the sites.
How can I save it or export it and save it on another computer?
