Restricting Internet content by user

I have a single machine which I share with my wife and two young children. OS is Windows XP Professional, running Internet Explorer 6.0 sp-1.

I have been unable to find a way to configure either Windows or IE to customize the "content advisor" restrictions by user; any change to settings affects all user accounts.

Other than constantly enabling and disabling the content advisor, is there a way to create user-selective Internet site access using built-in Windows/IE functionality or a 3rd party application?
