User-specific content limitation

I have a single machine that I share with my wife and two children. It's running Windows XP Professional and Internet Explorer 6.0 SP-1.

I have been unable to configure either Windows or IE to selectively limit content by user; any changes to the "content advisor" settings affect all users.

Other than continually enabling/disabling the content advisor, is there a method to limit site access by user with either native Windows/IE settings or a 3rd party application?
