Restoring Picture & Fax Viewer

Like most of you, I have downloaded SP2 and have found
unwanted changes! I use Windows Explorer on a daily basis
(photographer). Before SP2 download, Picture and Fax
Viewer worked great for viewing photos and showing client
images. Now that SP2 has been loaded, MS Photo Editor has
taken over. This program sucks!

After many hours of searching, I am unsuccessful at
restoring Picture Fax Viewer. Can any one help?
 
Right click on a photo file.
Click on Open with on the opening menu.
Click on Choose program
Click on Windows Picture and Fax Viewer on the opening list and check the
box "Always...."
