Editing JPG files after SP2 screwed it up.

Since downloading SP2, I'm having a problem with the edit
feature in WINDOWS PICTURE AND FAX VIEWER (WPAFV). Prior
to SP2, the default in editing JPG images with WPAFV was
MICROSOFT PHOTO EDITOR. But now the default is PAINT and
I want to restore MICROSOFT PHOTO EDITOR as the editing
default. Anyone know how to do that?

Go to Start | Run | Type regedit

In the Registry Editor find this key

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\SystemFileAssociations\image\shell\edit\command

Click on this value
"%systemroot%\system32\mspaint.exe" "%1"
Replace the value with the directory of your program such as the following
"C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS\Photoshop.exe" "%1"

When you click the edit button your images should open in the program you
have chosen.
