Joe, there should be a Favorite Button (Star) on the Standard Buttons Bar.
If not rt click anywhere near the Menu Bar
and select Standard Buttons. When you click on the Star the Favorites will
return in the left column.
To place Favorites in the start menu, right-click the start button,
properties, customize. Favorites is one of the options in the box.
Choose it, then apply and okay your way out.
