IE7 and annoying Active-X popup

I have a local "Home Page" that has clickable text and images to web pages I
frequently use (keeps the Favorites area clear). I also have clickable text
to start email. All of this has been written by hand without any java or any
other sort of scripting inside. There are no media players or any other
imbeds on this page.

The problem I am having is when I hit the Back button, and returning to this
page, I get that annoying yellow bar on top that says something like Active-X
not allowed.
It does not happen when I first open the page, nor does this happen when I
hit my "Home" button nor [Alt]+[Home].

What is going on here?

Thanks in advance.

I'd suspect it's the route being used to get to
that page being caught as possibly something you
didn't ask for. On the initial access, it's
obvious you wanted your home page, so ... nothing
jumps into the way.

The phobes here aren't in general browser phobes
though; you would probably get a much more
realistic response at:
microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

Lots of knowledge there.

Twayne
