IE prompting for Active X

How do you get rid of the 2nd message when there is an Active X in my web
page?

I get the yellow information bar at the top of the page which I click and
say allow the ActiveX control to run.

Then I get a 2nd message that says "Are you sure you want to run this?".

How do I get rid of the 2nd message????

It if very irritating since I am constantly using this with the same type of
file (XML) and I always get this.

Thanks,

Tom
