I really need some advice, I formated the drive (don't
ask), I really need to recover my e-mails from outlook
express.
Is this possible using a data discovering software?
The e-mails were not backed up.

Probably, probably at HUGE expense. Bet you won't forget to backup next

If anything can do it, Restorer2000 can:

I've used it to recover data from deleted/corrupted Windows NT and 2000
partitions. I've never tried it with a reformatted partition but they
claim it can handle that, too.

They have a free version that will at least let you see what's recoverable.
The full version is only $50.
