Restore Points done automatically

I have too many backups done automatically by the PC.
Does anyone know how to delete these cause they are
taking up to much space..Thanks for your help.

Click Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, System Restore,

On the System Restore page, left side, click System Restore Settings,
High light the drive partition and click the Settings button.

You can lower the size of System Restore by moving the slider bar to the
left.

You will need to Reboot to take effect.
