Where do I find my outlook backup file, and how do I restore it? I looked at help but it didn't help.

Search for pst-files on your harddisk. Make sure you include hidden and
system files/folders. You can the connect to it from within Outlook by
File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...

Tips of the month:
-Backup and Restore
-Create an Office XP CD slipstreamed with Service Pack 3

Thank you Roady.

I knew about .pst files. I'm not sure if the .pst file you're referring to is the current one or the backup. If I lose my emails, how do I actually restore the backup. And what is the name of the backup *.pst

Thanks.

Thanks, Roady

I knew about .pst files, but I'm not sure whether the file you refer to is the current file or the backup file. If somehow my emails disappear, what is the name of the backup .pst and how do I restore it.

What do you use for backing up pst-files? The backup add-in from Microsoft?
Then check the configuration of the tool for the location. Since it's just a
copy the name of the pst-file is the same.
