Restore a dialog box located above "Inbox"

I have a standard setup for Outlook.(Office 2003)
On booting up Outlook it goes directly to Inbox with Mail on the left, Inbox
centre and displaying the current e-mail on the right.
There used to be a dialog box located above Inbox which allowed me to search
for text within an e-mail...the boxes read..Look for,Search in, Find now
Clear.
This dialog box has disappeared and I wish to restore it, I can still find
text by Advanced search but this dialog box was more convenient.
How do I go about this?

Click the Find button in the Standard toolbar to add that display.
