Disable dialog box when opening attachment in outlook 2007

How can I disable this dialog box?

Oppening Mail Attachment

You Should only open attachments from trustworthy source.

Attachment:file_name.xls from Inbox - Microsoft Outlook

Would you like to open the file or save it to your computer?
