Restarting my system

Hi,
Im an idiot wiht computers so i need help with trying to figure out how to
restart my whole system back to when it was brand new. I tryed sytem restore
but it dosent have any restore points due to a virus i have. So im wondering
how can totaly restart windows. Any help would be apprieciated
 
Your best bet and easiest bet would be to get any files you need off of your
computer, then format and reinstall windows.
