Restart problem

I have an eMachines that keeps trying to load Windows, but restarts after
getting past the XP splash screen. It started doing this after a reformat
because I put in a different hard drive. It takes a couple times to get it
to start. Once it does, it runs fine and never restarts. Why is it
restarting? I was thinking it was the memory, but like I said, once it
starts up, it's fine and won't restart.

See if you can find some info on that in the Control Panel >
Administrative Tools > Event Viewer.
