Start Windows Normally

Windows starts up to the "start windows normally screen". After the 30 sec
count down I get the splash screen. Immediately after the splash screen, I
get a blue screen. The message flashes across the screen too quickly to read
and I could not pause; then it restarts. If I choose any of the safe mode
options, it lists the drivers then restarts. If I select "Last known good."
the same thing happens; it restarts. Now it is in an infinite loop of
restarting.

My problem started with the AGP card, I removed the card and installed a
standard VGA card.. I am at a loss for the next course of action.

What is a "standard VGA card"? Obviously WinXP has a problem with
whatever you did. Normally it would see the new card and install the
necessary drivers.

Have you tried to enter SAFE mode and uninstall the drivers for the
old card then reboot?

OOPS... I see you can't get into SAFE mode.

You may very well end up running a repair install of XP after booting
to your XP CD.
