Restart Microsoft Office Outlook error...

I am continually getting the following error in MS Outlook 2003 has anyone
else experienced this if so, what was the resolution to it?

Restart Microsoft Office Outlook.

Please tell Microsoft about this problem we have created an error
report......

Hi Penny
Can you please check your application event viewer to see if there are any
Office/Outlook errors listed? If there are, please indicate eventID and
source.
