Restart issue

I'm using xp and I'm encountering restart issue with my
pc. It give out a error like this "szAPPName:service.exe
szAPPVer:5.1.2600.0 szMode:ntdll.dll
szModver:5.1.2600.1217 offset:00007d85, it says something
about services and controller has encounter a problem and
need to close. Any ideas?
