Media Centre Receiver Service Error

I recently tried to install a USB TV device (V-Gear MobiDTV). Since then I
get the following error message:

Media Center Receiver Service has encountered a problem and needs to close.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Error Details: szAppName : ehrecvr.exe szAppVer : 5.1.2715.2812
szModName : CinemasterAudio.DLL szModVer : 2.8.6.1418 offset :
0000c076

I have uninstalled the device and all components, but the message still
appears about every 10-15 seconds, making work very difficult.
Any suggestions, PLEASE?

The most likely it is that the problem is in the tuner/capture driver.
