Restart "End Program - sys fader"

I have fixed a problem System32 folder pop-up few days ago, but
now there is a new problem. When I click restart computer it always pop up
"End Program - sys fader" . Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Its a small pop-up window heading "End Program - sys fader" content time
count to end program...and underneath with a "End Task" button.
