When I click on the Restart button nothing happens.
At first, a few weeks ago, clicking on the Restart button just shut down the
computer completely, just like hitting the Turn Off button. Now it doesn't
even do that.
I've checked all the references I can find on shutdown problems, but none
covered that problem.
If anyone knows what might have caused this...and how to fix it... I would
appreciate your letting me know.
