Hi.
I'm using Windows XP Proffessional, when I start up my PC, It prompt me the
message "Attention: Out of Range. H:90.9kHz V:59.9Hz". I have no idea about
this. Can somebody help me? Your Kindness is much appreaciated. Thank you
very much...

You could try resetting the monitor settings. Also press F5 or F8 and select last good known configuration, sometimes that fixes it as well. Did you have any problems before this happened or changed any display setting?

If Wizkids suggestion about last known good config doesn't work, try going in to safe mode and choosing a different resolution/refresh rate that works with your monitor :)

on the same note - is it possible to force a monitor to run at higher Hz? A friend told me its possible - but it sound unlikely and rather bad for the monitor too.
