Resizing windows

I'm trying to edit my e-mail accounts as I just switched providers - the
problem is, I go to email accounts, change info, then once I get in there -
the window isn't big enough to display all the information. I can't resize
it. I've tried changing my display settings, I've even uninstalled and
reinstalled it and nothing works.

delete your temp and temporary internet files. windows can have problems with
cached window sizes when your temporary internet files are too large.
