Finder window preview

JB1290

When using the "Find Related Messages" tool, Outlook (Office Pro 2007 SP2)
presents the Finder window, but the message list window pane is not
displayed. I have to stretch or resize that portion of the dialog box.
Outlook fails to remember the size of this message list.

If I move or resize the Finder window, Outlook remembers that change, just
not the message list portion of the window.

I have tried uninstall, reinstall, repair, regedit to delete registries,
etc. I know the function works, because co-worlers use it successfully.

What setting could remember some of the changes to a window, but not all
changes?

Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to replies.

Best regards,

Jerry Berns

It happens to me now and again - and it either fixes itself or remembers
where I left the divider after awhile.

The finder key is HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\Office
Finder\but I never tried editing it.
