Resetting the "View" Settings?

Hi,
I am not sure what happened, but after a recent Outlook crash all m
"view" settings changed.
What annoys me spezifically is the fact that I used to see whic
messages were opened before just by looking at their "boldness". Bol
used to mean that the message was unread. normal meant it was read.
Also what used to happen was that when I replied to a message a littl
arrow appeared on the envelope. This arrow does not appear anymore.
How do i reset the view settings?

But before you reset the view, did you run scanpst? What type of email
account do you have?
