reseting outlook 2002

How do I completely reset outlook 2002 to the initial settings? I tried uninstalling it from my computer and reinstalling, but my folders and setting came back. I want to start completely fresh.
 
You want to remove your profile then;
Control Panel-> Mail-> button Show Profiles...
