office 2002 sp3"Reset my usage data" It clears emails, cantacts etc.How do i
retreive this data?

That only resets the MRU settings for the personalized toolbars. If you are
losing other stuff, it sounds like outlook is making a new pst or you have
views hiding older items.

That option only resets the counter for your personalized menus. It doesn't
delete any of your data.

If you in some other way deleted your mail profile, then reconfigure it as
per;

If you somehow removed all your toolbars and want to reset them to default,
rename outcmd.dat an rename it to .old
