Windows XP Reset Windows Password

I have recently purchased a windows login password reset CD from Top Password Software, Inc.
I have tried it many times but still can't figure out why the CD can't boot for my laptop...Every time I start my computer, it directly boots from my hard disk. Maybe something is wrong with my BIOS setting?
Have anyone who ever used this product? Any advice is appreciated!

Hi Chris,

Sorry, I have just removed some spam from this thread and noticed that your thread didn't get a reply. Perhaps you've already solved this problem, but if not, try pressing F12 on bootup (from as soon as you see the Dell Logo). This will bring up a boot menu where you can select "Boot from CD". :)
