Reset default link to properties

I was messing with some settings and now when I right click to open
properties, click on to create a new user, new link, new folder it... etc..
it opens a program. How do I reset this to the default link?

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Discardable\PostSetup\ShellNew

If you have a recent regisry backup or restore point, you can restore to
there. Incidenttly, what program does it open and what is the exact seqence
that you do?
