resend plugin for Outlook?

Does anybody make a resend plugin for Outlook? It is a very useful feature
in the email client on Apples. (Apples are crap for most other things
though!)

You can resend by opening an item from your Sent Items folder and using an
entry on the Actions menu

Open a sent item in your sent items folder, go to the action menu and
choose the relevant entry.
