"Requested Logon Type" Error

I've just set up a home network using a Linksys wired router. My computer is
running Win XP Pro with Sygate Personal Firewall, and the other computer is
running Win XP Home with McAfee Firewall. I've run the Network Wizard on
both computers and made sure the workgroup name is the same on both. Both
computers have file and printer sharing turned on. Both computers appear in
each other's Networking folder, but when I try to access the other computer,
I get an error message "Logon Failure: the user has not been granted the
requested logon type at this computer." When the other computer tries to
access mine, it gets "Access is denied." Help!

This is a known problem; unfortunately, if the server (other computer) is
running XP Home, it will be a small amount of work to correct. This article
will explain what you need to do:
