Repost: Meeting request Free/Busy visibility

When trying to schedule a meeting, several of the members free/busy
information is unavailable (after typing their email address into the
attendees list), although they are publishing 2 months worth of information.

However, when I add a distribution list containing these individuals
accounts to the attendees list, the information for these individuals shows
up properly.

What is causing this, and how do I remedy it?

Have you tried opening their Outlook using the /cleanfreebusy switch?

Tried that, but it did not clear up the problem.

Would appreciate any other suggestions you might have.

BTW, I'm using Office 2003.
